"Absolutely fantastic service! We hadn't used a dog sitter before, but we knew we couldn't board Rocco (our 5 lb. chihuahua) after his previous experience in a kennel (losing over a pound while boarded). We did some research and I called Fetch the week of - I was amazed they were able to fit us right in for a consultation. We met with Christina, whom I highly recommend. She has a chihuahua of her own and knows the breed, which is so comforting. Rocco is not very social, so I was worried that he may not warm up to her. During the consultation he was very curious and quickly warmed up to her, this was a huge relief for me. She was very thorough with her questions to learn about his behavior, schedule and routines. I wasn't sure how the visits would work; but I knew I wanted her to come in the middle of the day and later in the evenings, she had no problem accommodating these request. I felt totally relieved that we had not only selected the right company to go with, but also received the best sitter for Rocco. After the consultation I received an email to confirm that everything went well during the meeting. This was a nice touch and made me feel even more at ease. While my husband and I were away I received multiple picture & text messages letting me know how Rocco was getting a long. The service was absolutely exceptional. When we returned Christina had left report cards for each of the visits with Rocco. On the report cards it explains his activity, behavior, feedings etc, plus additional notes. "I used Fetch for the first time over the holiday weekend. It was my first time leaving my babies alone for more than a few days. I was really nervous about the whole experience but after the orientation with Carolyn and John I felt more at ease. John interacted with the cats right away and wasn't afraid to get on the floor to meet them at their level. I can tell that Goliath (my cat) really bonded with John. John gave me his cell phone also in case I needed to check up and he let me know I could call him anytime. When I was gone I did call John once and he immediately told me what all the cats were up to and assured me all was fine. When I got home it was like I had never left. John even vacuumed the floor because my cats are messy critters. I could tell that he was giving my cat his medicine the way he was supposed to. John met up with me the next day to return my spare key as my land lord had given it to me under the promise it would be returned in two days. He was fabulous... he always sent me reports and even updated me through text messages how she was doing. She loved when John came and sometimes looked more forward to her walks with him - then hers with me :) Since, I have not needed someone to take care of her because I can make it home - but if I ever needed anyone again I would turn to Fetch! "I have a rather needy cat. Moz has some abandonment issues, is a bit emo, but overall is a total sweetheart. So, when I couldn't get one of my friends to check in on her while I was out of town, I got a bit panicked. I always feel really guilty leaving her alone for more than a day. Luckily, Fetch! was able to accommodate my pet sitting needs at the very last minute (and for a very reasonable price). John and Adina went over all of Fetch's pet sitting protocols and got a feel for Moz and her personality. I was a bit nervous at first, but they put all of those fears at ease. Their sitters are bonded, insured, and very good with animals (no matter what their personality). I felt assured that Moz would be well taken care of while I was gone. When I came home a few days later, she seemed happy, excited, and wasn't overly anxious and needy as she usually is when I leave her alone for more than a day. I knew immediately that Adina had given her plenty of attention and playtime while I'd been away. The next time I head out of town, I'll be sure to call Fetch! again. "We recently used Fetch! for our cats while in Europe for 10 days and couldn't have been happier with their service! John was incredible and I knew things would be fabulous when our severely anti-social cat when right up to him and let him pet her... Willow doesn't let anyone, but me, touch her...EVER. He did a spectacular job and we loved the visit report that was left for us! Also, we had a little issue with our keys, we don't have an extra set and Carolyn and John were very wonderful and accommodating, we really appreciated them going above and beyond on getting our keys back to us. "Thank you thank you thank you! I can't say enough good things about Fetch! My boyfriend and I were going out of town for the holidays. In order to spare Mr. Cat the tranquilizer induced hours of fun he would have traveling we decided to keep him at home. We were set up with John and after meeting with him immediately felt we had made the right decision choosing Fetch! John was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was such a relief to know Mr. Cat would be in good hands and we could enjoy the holidays without having to worry. The day before Chirstmas Eve I got news that my grandmother had passed away, forcing us to move up our travel plans. I gave Fetch! a call thinking there was just no way I was going to be able to get someone to go see Mr. Cat on Christmas eve, in a snow storm, with just one day notice.
