    How do you determine what time you'll pay visits to my pets?
    Whether providing daily visits or dog walks to your pets, we strive to keep as close to your pet's routines as possible. When we meet for your initial consultation, please let us know all you can about your pet's normal activities, and we'll do our best to keep that schedule!

    Can you provide references?
    We come with glowing references from many satisfied clients. Please ask your sitter to provide them to you during your free in-home consultation.

    How am I billed for service?
    Once you book service with us, we will email you a confirmation which will also serve as your statement for your records. At the end of the month that your service is complete, we will bill your Visa or Mastercard number that you provide during our initial consultation.

    If there is a problem, who can I call?
    Each franchise office maintains a central dispatcher available to service and support your needs at all times. Simply give them a call or send them an email for a prompt response.
