Kelly Strowd has been fantastic, and almost feels like a good friend now! We've been able to contact her repeatedly at the almost-last minute, and she's been available 90% of the time. We also believe she really likes our dogs, and isn't just doing it because it's the job. She consistently goes above and beyond the call with them, and we now trust her to use her best judgment on a number of issues with them - and we know she'll be with them for the full time, as well. We think she's WONDERFUL!!!
