Both Tracy and Diego and came on their own time to meet me and Keller. Only when I went over my old voice mails did I realize that Galene had called and left msg's making herself available for the same day I contacted you. That was the worst and longest day/night for the both of us. Keller had 2 accidents that were just traumatizing for him without sounding too melodramatic... He has only has 1 other ‘accident' indoors and that was only on his first night of adoption. Knowing how Galene sincerely went out of her way to contact me really touched me. She always asks me if there is anything she can do for me. She is a very kind young lady. Both Diego and Tracy have taken my garbage to the dumpster without solicitation. Have graciously taken my mail to the mailbox at the top of my stairs which I could in no way accomplish. All three have spent extra time with Keller and taken an interest in and assisted in his hand signal training due to his special needs due to his deafness. Their special ability and love of dogs is obvious. I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciate each and everyone. The special individual care they give both myself and my ‘baby' is very much appreciated and not taken for granted. They each ALWAYS SO PROMPT! No one has ever been late! I'm always amazed at that. Is's very comforting. They are so truly friendly, kind and sincere. You can't fool animals and especially a deaf dog. Keller loves them each. And again, I am so very grateful." - Diane, Larkspur
