"Hi Barbi! We love the pictures! Our whole family has enjoyed looking at them. We miss the boys and can't wait to see them. I love it when Boots talks. He is famous for doing that at 5:30 in the morning! We found out today that we will be coming home Saturday instead of Sunday so we will not need you to come by on Saturday. Friday (tomorrow) will be the last day we will need you to come by. However, we would still like for you to bill us for the amount we originally agreed upon and use the extra day as a gratuity if that is ok. "The people treated my pets like family and understood my concern about leaving them while I went out of town. They eased my concerns by meeting with me and my dogs. It gave them a chance to get to know my dogs and for me to get to know them. They were loving and gentle with my dogs and wrote down allof my requests, i.e. feeding times and amounts, treats, playtime, special issues, etc. I received regular e-mails and photos while I was out of town which again made me feel like family members were taking care of my dogs.
