Our Process

We've developed a process to ensure that our franchise is a good fit for your professional and personal goals. It's a good opportunity to get to know each other and to evaluate how well we'll work together.

We recognize that seeking a franchise is a major commitment. So, if you discover that Fetch! Pet Care isn't a good fit for you, we support your decision to opt out of the process at any point. We may also need to do this, and we want you to know that we appreciate the time you invest with us regardless of the outcome.

1. Submit Application

First we'd like to learn more about you. A franchise relationship is a very special partnership and the rights to operate under the Fetch! Pet Care brand are for a considerable term. So, it's important that both parties are confident in each other's ability and commitment to making the business grow and prosper.

Please fill out and submit our online, confidential Franchise Application Form so that we may get a better understanding of your background and interests.

2. Discovery Session

After we have received your application, we will contact you to schedule a get acquainted phone conversation between us.

During our phone conversation, you'll have the opportunity to ask us any questions not answered in the information we provided you. We'll also ask you any outstanding questions not answered in the application you submitted to us.

Should both parties wish to proceed, we will provide you with all the appropriate information to assist in your decision making process, including our FTC-approved Franchise Disclosure Document (formerly called a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) and Franchise Agreement.

At your request, we can arrange for you to speak with some of our existing franchisees, come see them work in action, meet some of their staff, and even speak with some of their clients about their Fetch! Pet Care experience. We request that you not contact our franchisees direct without our prior knowledge.

3. Set Up Your Franchise

After our discovery session and you have reviewed our disclosures, should we both agree to proceed, your territory will be defined, a Franchise Agreement will be signed, and your full franchise fee will be submitted.

A training course will be provided at our headquarters for key personnel who will be operating the business in your territory. Copies of all operation manuals, training DVDs, materials CD-ROMs, as well as other materials necessary for promoting your business will be provided. We will work together to create your business plan, and we will provide ongoing support as you start and grow your business.
