2. How to Enter Sweepstakes to Win "Bolt" Prize Pack

To participate in Fetch! Pet Care's Sweepstakes "Bolt" Prize Pack, an entrant must register at a http://www.fetchpetcare.com/Bolt and remain in compliance with these rules throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Any additional entries received from the same entrant will be discarded. In order to enter the Sweepstakes, the entrant's name and email address must be provided to Fetch! Pet Care as part of the online registration process. Throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes, Fetch! Pet Care will use the email address given by the entrant for the purpose of notifying the entrant.

3. Privacy Policy Entrant's name or email address submitted for the purposes of the Sweepstakes will not be released by Fetch! Pet Care to any third party not involved in the Sweepstakes without first obtaining permission from the entrant. However, Fetch! Pet Care shall have permission to send Entrant mailings, by Fetch! Pet Care only, concerning Fetch! Pet Care's products, offers and services. An entrant can also remove him or herself from these mailings conducted by Fetch! Pet Care at any time by simply clicking on the link in any email requesting removal from the Fetch! Pet Care list.

4. Prizes A total of eleven prizes will be awarded. One (1) Grand prize winner will be randomly selected to win a "Bolt" character plush, movie dog kit, t-shirt, mini poster and a copy of "One Ridonculous Adventure" from Disney Press (ARV $45). Ten (10) entrants will be randomly selected as additional winners, winning a movie t-shirt, mini-poster and a copy of "One Ridonculous Adventure" from Disney Press (ARV $26 each). Limit one prize per entrant. Fetch! Pet Care, Inc. reserves the final right to accept or deny the chosen winners. Adult businesses, spammers, and other potentially offensive businesses may be so classified and declined in our sole discretion.

5. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes period (the "Sweepstakes Period") begins November 12, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time, and ends on December 12, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (the "Sweepstakes End Date").

6. Winner Selection: One Grand Prize winner and Ten Additional winners will be selected in an electronically randomized drawing to be conducted within ten (10) days of the Sweepstakes End Date from all eligible online and entries received.

The random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Fetch! Pet Care, Inc., whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email message within seven (7) days following the drawing date. In order to win, entrants must have provided true and accurate information and may not be in violation of any of these rules as determined by Fetch! Pet Care, Inc.

7. Eligibility This Sweepstakes is open to lawful residents of the United States excluding Puerto Rico and to lawful residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec. Employees of Fetch! Pet Care, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws & regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration to enter into the Fetch! Pet Care's "Bolt" Prize Pack Sweepstakes.

8. General Conditions No purchase necessary. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the sole decision of Fetch! Pet Care, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes, exchange rates and duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.

The prize winner must send email (or mail-in) confirmation to Fetch! Pet Care within 10 days of notification by Fetch! Pet Care. Prize winners will be required to submit valid identification to Fetch! Pet Care and to execute a liability/publicity release within 10 days following the first Fetch! Pet Care email or mail-in notification, they will be declared the official winner. Failure to comply within this time period will result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to an alternate winner.

Winners agree to Fetch! Pet Care use of their names and/or likeness, age, gender, and country of citizenship for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide in any and all forms of media, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply.

Fetch! Pet Care is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by an entrant or an equipment or technical malfunction or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors. Fetch! Pet Care reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Fetch! Pet Care is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Sweepstakes Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes.

Fetch! Pet Care reserves the right to halt or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time without obligation or prior notice. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Fetch! Pet Care their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prizes won.

Fetch! Pet Care is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 10 business days from the first Fetch! Pet Care's notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected.

Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, any failure to accept or receive email from Fetch! Pet Care regarding the Sweepstakes will result in the automatic disqualification of the entrant from the Sweepstakes.

9. Unsolicited Bulk Email Policy Fetch! Pet Care strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk email or electronic messages of any kind to unknown individuals or individuals that have not consented to receiving such information. In addition, an entrant may not make any false or deceptive misrepresentations with respect to any and all prizes received from Fetch! Pet Care or with respect to prizes that potential Sweepstakes winner is likely to receive.

If an entrant violates the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and will NOT be eligible to register again for any subsequent Sweepstakes in the future. Disqualification shall become effective when written notice of disqualification is mailed or emailed to the disqualified entrant at the entrant's last known email address or mailing address.

10. Internet If for any reason the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Fetch! Pet Care, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Fetch! Pet Care reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Fetch! Pet Care further reserves the right to conduct a drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

Fetch! Pet Care assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Fetch! Pet Care is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Entrants may not enter false or multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter false or multiple email addresses. Any entrant who attempts, directly or indirectly, to enter multiple or false email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple or false entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, entries made through the Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, or Internet Service Provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
