"March 25, 2009 Service #2244 So many things I like about your services but here are a few of my favorite! 1- The communication with our Fetch pet sitter is great. Whether it's coming home to a report of how the dogs did, noticing something a spot or something on the dog that wasn't there before, or calling me to check in and let me know how they're doing when I'm out of town, that is priceless! 2- The fact that when my dogs and I first met the two Fetch guys who came over, the dogs just seemed to take to them (and they don't do that with everyone) so that really meant alot...they're a good judge of character! 3- Response time of the office staff is also crucial. We're all busy and I prefer to e-mail vs. calling and I know that when I send a question or need something, even if it's last minute, I'll get a response in a very short amount of time...I appreciate that.
