"Several things. Both my sitter, Judy, and Carla came to my house weeks in advance to meet and get to know Cinnamon as well as my husband and myself. They were very friendly and gave me every confidence that my Shiba Inu, Cinnamon, would be well taken care of while I was out of town and that there was a backup plan. Judy was excellent in following up with phone calls to verify the day and time. I also like the confirmation e-mail to verify services before we left. When we got back, I could tell from Cinnamon's behavior that Judy had taken care of Cinnamon, fed her, played with her. Judy gave us a verbal day-by-day report of how Cinnamon did and what she did with Cinnamon as well as filling out the report card.
