I have appreciated the attention to detail when Fetch Pet Care is taking care of my cats. Gabby noticed a skin condition under the chin of one of my cats - which means she was spending time giving my cat attention. Brittany noticed that my cats were not eating well so through the portal we were able to communicate and change the feeding plan. Betsy keeps me up to date on any changes with schedules and again, details about my cats’ behavior when she’s there. I feel comfortable traveling knowing that my pets will be loved on and taken care of.

We can leave town feeling at ease that Birdie will be cared for and content in Gabby’s care. Not only does Fetch take care of our pet’s basic needs, their capable pet sitters see that our fur baby is walked and played with, and then they send us feedback and photos from each visit. Plants are watered and packages are brought in as well. We are so glad we found Fetch!

We loved how easy it was to schedule days and times. There were a couple of glitches as I was not able to log into my account while trying to schedule. But once that was cleared up, we could see the exact days, times and services we requested. We would wake up every morning and wait for the latest journal entry to come in and loved that we could spend the day knowing our fur babies were being taken care of.

I was very pleased with the pet care provided by Fetch. It is not easy to stay overnight in a strange place. Madelyn was respectful, cheerful, responsive, and caring with the kitties. It is always a relief when you are away to know that your beloved pets are in good hands and I knew they were. Thank you, Madelyn!!

I like the quick response when submitting a pet care request. I know I can leave my pets and they will be taken care of - and the caregiver will send an email with pictures on every day of their care. I have used Fetch several times, so the caregivers have been able to get to know my pets and to know what is "normal" and what is "different" in their behavior. Being able to have a reliable professional service to take care of my pets have been stress relief.

Flexibility in care.

As I enjoyed a brief vacation for the first time in three years, it was reassuring to know that my "kids" were being well cared for in my absence. I truly appreciated the photos and updates from Brittany and looked forward to hearing from her each day. Brittany is kind, conscientious, and reliable and I know my dogs enjoyed spending time with her.

Love the flexibility. I appreciate the meet and greet with the sitter and supervisor - just makes everything go smooth for both sides. My dogs were well cared for and the pictures of their visit were so adorable! I'll definitely be using Fetch again!

Betsy is always thoughtful and makes sure she understands and follows our more specific instructions for our senior cat. She’s considerate and checks on if we arrived back home safely whenever we ask her for help when we are out of town. She really cares about our fur baby’s well being!

Fetch is a fabulous service and I like the fact i can schedule for myself or call a human. The services provided cover my needs well; I can have pets, plants, yard, trash and more covered and have peace of mind when I’m out of town. Daily updates with photos make my day.

Awesome service! It's hard to find sitters who will do it all (including exotic pets). But our Bearded Dragon, Tree Frog, and Clownfish have no complaints! Plan ahead for a thorough preliminary meet-and-greet, then use a straightforward online booking system to schedule service. We'll be repeat customers for sure.

I love knowing my dogs can stay home, in their own environment where they are most comfortable and are not stressed from other animals or people they don't know. My sitter sent photos and a note about how their day was going, every day! I felt assured they were doing fine while I was away and getting lots of love and attention on their visits.

Zach is very dependable. He always finds a way to work Annie in to his schedule despite late requests sometimes.

I liked and trusted my pet sitter. (A 17 year old cat, needing loving attention and be fed twice/day) It was great to have communications with my pet sitter. I also loved being able to access my page should I want to see the photos and daily journals. Just really satisfied.

From the very beginning Fetch! provided us with sincere professionalism and empathy towards leaving our pup at home for a few days. Not once during the time we were away did we worry about him or wonder if he was doing alright. I loved that you do a "meet and greet" prior to initiating services. I also loved the daily emails with pictures from our sitter, Gabby. And mostly I loved knowing that our cats were well taken care of, received human interaction, and that Gabby was detailed oriented and noticed things quickly, communicated any issues, and let us know on the next visit how any changes implemented worked out.

Betsy is efficient and caring. She has taken great care of my cat Jack a couple of times. When I needed her to check something at my apartment she helped immediately. She truly loves animals and knows a lot about them. It’s a pleasure to have her take care of Jack while I’m away.

I love that we got to meet Betsy and Ana in person before they watched our little guy. It's nice to be able to speak and meet the people entering your home while you are away and equally important, having them meet your pet so your pet isn't scared when they do stop by. I really loved the daily updates that included pictures and notes, it made me smile seeing all of the sweet and silly pictures! They did everything we asked each visit and made sure to give Tuna extra love and attention. Ana was prompt and did everything we asked for.

Very reliable and true attention given to my cats. I get very anxious about leaving my cats, but it was clear that Ana was looking after them with great care and that made me feel great. I loved the pictures and the journals detailing what my pets were up to at each visit. I left last minute instructions and Ana was accommodating. I will use this service during my future vacations.

We got the absolute best dog walker for our Will. Ana was calm and quiet when she met him and each time she came in the door. She knew how to walk our big guy. He plods along but gets excited when he sees another dog. I felt safe knowing she was walking Will. She was always prompt and gave Will a good walk. I can't thank Fetch enough for giving us Ana.

It's very efficient and allows for great communication between the owner and the sitter. Everyone is really nice too!

They take wonderful care of our pets!

My daughter is getting married and we have 6 furry pets that need looking after. It would be very difficult to board them not to mention super expensive. We were impressed that Betsy the owner and Ana came out to discuss our needs and asked the right questions about care and potential issues. A wedding is stressful enough and we feel confident that our babies will get taken care of in their own environment.

Ella was awesome and her daily journals and pics of my fur baby made it easy for me to get through the days before I got back home!!

Friendly, willing to do what I need done and does a great job. Lets me know if a change in schedule is needed. Great communication. If there is a few minutes before time is up, asks if I need anything else taken care of. Hands down I'm glad I chose Fetch to care for my cat Izzy.
