Dear Fetch! Pet Care Partners and Clients,
We are excited to celebrate Fetch! Pet Care’s 20th anniversary! As the Chief Executive Officer of
this organization, I am delighted over the monumental milestones we have achieved in the last two
decades. It fills me with great pride to see how far we have come together, and I can’t wait to see what
amazing opportunities the future holds for us.
I want to take a moment to acknowledge our franchise partners who have worked tirelessly to make
Fetch! Pet Care a reliable and trustworthy brand across the country. Franchisees from Conejo Valley,
California to Charlotte, North Carolina and everyone in between have shown their dedication and
commitment to our clients and their pets. This hard work is what it takes to make a company like ours a
success. I would also like to extend my gratitude to more than 53,000 active clients who have trusted us
with their pets’ care, many who have been using us for more than 10 years.
Over the past 20 years, Fetch! Pet Care has grown from a small business in California to a nationally
recognized brand. Our mission has always been to provide the highest-quality and most in-demand in-
home pet care services, like dog walking, pet sitting, and overnight care to pets and pet owners while
prioritizing their safety and well-being. It is this mission that has guided us over the years and continues
to be the foundation of our success.
We continue to open new markets every month and have done so without fail since our acquisition in
March of 2020. It truly speaks to the intestinal fortitude of our franchise partners and their commitment
to providing quality pet care services while building a legacy for themselves, their community, and their
families. We are proud of the hard work and dedication of our team that has grown to over 200
employees nationally. The company’s franchisees collectively boast a 94% customer satisfaction score
across multiple online review sites, this is second to none. With thousands of loyal clients nationwide,
Fetch! Pet Care has earned the reputation as the most relied upon and trusted pet care service in the
country. We are grateful and honored to be recognized for our continuous commitment of delivering
exceptional customer service and care, by our vendor partner Listen360. They awarded us the
Customer Loyalty Award for our thousands of high quality reviews that place us as an industry leader
amongst other house-hold name brands like Apple, Chick-fil-a, and Delta.
Looking ahead, we will continue driving diversity, pushing the boundaries of what quality care looks like, and being the national leader in the pet-care space; where safety and trust are always at the forefront. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that pets are in the best care possible, and we strive to exceed expectations. We will continue to innovate and improve our services to meet the changing needs of pet owners while maintaining the same high standards our clients and four-legged friends have come to expect.
Finally, we want to thank our pet care professionals who have made Fetch! Pet Care the best, safest,
and most reliable in-home pet care service in the country. It is because of their support, and dedication,
that we have achieved so much over the years. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we recommit
