We used Fetch for the 1st time to watch our 2 dogs in our home while we were out of the country for two weeks. It was a superb experience both for us for the peace of mind of leaving our 2 boys in their comfort zone as well as for the boys who received TLC twice a day. Our boys are picky with eating and taking their supplements, but Kaitlin did a couple of pre-visits to get to know them and their routines. Tatiana also performed a number of visits and the boys were always excited to see them and were treated as if they were their own pets. We had a motion-activated camera because of some ongoing health issues and thoroughly enjoyed the care visits. We will absolutely use Fetch of Chattanooga for our future needs.

Kaitlin has a true love and caring spirit for animals. My two girls are like my children and I wouldn't trust them with most people especially Maggie who is in renal failure. Her voice and attitude are so reassuring to me. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

They treat your pets like family! I love getting pictures of them and updates about how they behaved and how the visit went.

Ellie provided outstanding care to our very active, 1-year-old wirehair pointer while we took a day to visit museums. Gaia was in a strange, vacation environment, but immediately felt comfortable in Ellie’s care

I cannot say enough good things about Kaitlin and her team! Fetch! of Northern Chattanooga played an extensive role in caring for our Siberian Husky while we were recently abroad for several weeks. We were able to use several of their different care options to customize a schedule around our dogs' needs. After several, unfortunately, "eventful" experiences with various local sitters/boarding options locally over the years, we went "all-in" with Fetch! during this big trip and are so glad we did! Fetch! kept our dog comfortable at our home, and transitioned seamlessly in and out of a care routine several times as extended family also came in to care for our home and pet. Both the quality and consistency of the care by Kaitlin and her team were like clockwork. Fetch! of Northern Chattanooga has a personal touch, an amazing app/platform that provides assurance and accountability, ease in scheduling, and an ability to easily mix and match different care products to meet the needs of your family. I'm so glad companies like this exist. You'll think twice about boarding when you see what in-person care for your pet is available, either at your house or theirs.

We will always use Fetch! The ladies are super sweet and very professional. I can not say enough good things about them. We have used kennels before and can say hands down we now prefer the in-home love that our fur babies received from Kaitlin and her team!

Trustworthy people! My, somewhat difficult, pets love them. They are careful to get to know your animals, respond to them correctly, and keep things as normal for them as possible during your absence. I love the detailed journal entries for each visit, including pictures, it makes you feel at ease, knowing your pets are cared for.

The communication and daily updates calmed my nerves with my newly diabetic puppy. She not only gave my diabetic dog her insulin but updated me about my other two dogs during her visits. She’s so compassionate. Her love of animals is amazing. My dogs love her.

Wow, Kaitlin is great! She is polite, professional and took great care of my kitty. She was sure to send me photos of her when visiting (which I wanted and loved) and I knew my cat was in good hands. 10/10 recommend!

It is so nice to not worry about my babies when away! Knowing they are taken care of and loved just as much as when I’m home is a great relief when having to leave. Great care and a great attitude! Love this and will definitely be using the services again!
