We've been using Fetch for several years now after being referred by a friend and it's the best peace of mind we can get! Carolyn always responds quickly and we're always able to secure a sitter when we need it. Every sitter we've used has been professional and respectful of our house. We love the little report cards they leave too. Stephanie F is our main sitter and she is amazing! Our cat adores her and she always leaves nice report cards and takes wonderful care of her. It's a great feeling knowing your pet is in the care of someone that you not only trust, but your pet loves as well. Last year, the unthinkable happened and our flight home from Ireland was canceled, leaving us stranded in Europe for longer than expected. Stephanie came over last minute and took care of our cat while we scrambled to get home, which was a godsend during a scary and stressful time. She really goes above and beyond! I tell everyone I know who loves their pets as much as I do to use Fetch! Best sitters ever!

We've been working with Fetch for 6 years now! I love the consistency in pet sitter- Adam has been with us the entire time, and he is just the best! I appreciate the website and ease of re-requesting services. The price point is very reasonable. Billing is monthly, after you've received service. Once we were stranded far away for an extra full day and one phone call to Fetch took care of our kitties for an extra day seamlessly. It's so nice to be able to travel and not worry knowing our pets are so well cared for right at home.

We have been using Fetch for about 2 years now, and have been very happy with the service! We chose Fetch because we have a diabetic dog. He needs meals and insulin on a pretty strict schedule, so it was important that we found someone who was able to administer insulin. Kelly is our normal walker, but Carolyn always does everything she can to find someone if Kelly isn't available, even on short notice! The walkers always come on time and spend the full 30 minutes with our dogs, even playing with them inside when it's too cold out for a long walk, and they send me text updates afterwards. I love it when they send pictures of the dogs too! I would recommend Fetch to any dog lover!

LOVE FETCH. I've had two sitters from here for my cat. (I moved and had to be reassigned another sitter.) Both are amazing and very professional. This is literally like having a good friend watching your baby while you're away. When I go back home I tend to stay for a week. So it's very nerve wrecking leaving my cat alone for a whole week. I have my sitter come in every day. She cleans and feeds my baby and updates me on anything going on. If you are concerned about leaving your pet or pets alone definitely give fetch a try. Also, the woman Carol? Carolyn? that schedules everything and answers the phone is an absolute delight! Very professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns you may have. She saved my booty around the holidays when no one could take my baby. I've only turned to fetch since then.

I used this service for cat pet sitting and my sitter was Jeff. I was very nervous about leaving anyone with my cats. It was a short time frame to hire someone and I was going to be out of town (well, the state) for about a week. Carolyn replied to my inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Jeff was really great about setting up the consultation right away and getting everything sorted. He sent me updates daily which wasn't required and that truly calmed my nerves the most. It was nice to get the daily update even if it was just saying everything is good. He even won over the heart of one of my cats who I was sure would never warm up to anyone else! He went above and beyond and I highly recommend him.

My husband and I started using Fetch several years ago on a recommendation from a friend and LOVE them. Our main sitter, Amy, is an absolute delight and loves our fur babies as much as we do. We truly never worry when she is with them - and have even rearranged our travel schedule to make sure she can watch them. We have used several other sitters at Fetch (when Amy hasn't been available) and have been happy with each of their services as well. Carolyn, the owner, is responsive and pleasant to deal with - even when the occasional miscommunications (because we are all human after all) have occurred over the years. I truly can't recommend Fetch highly enough!

We have been using Fetch to sit for our cats since 2009 and have never felt the need to look anywhere else. Their sitters are very reliable and love animals. Our current sitter sends me an e-mail after every visit, which is so comforting for a neurotic cat parent such as myself. Mail pickup is included in the cat service, so you don't have to put your mail on hold while you are away. We don't have family in town, so we really appreciate having such a responsible service to care for our cats when we are away.

I recently used Fetch's cat sitting services for the first time when I went on vacation. The entire process was a great experience from start to finish. I reached out with the initial inquiry and got an email back within just a few minutes. My consultation was scheduled very shortly after that, so I had the opportunity to meet my sitter and see how he interacted with my cat. Larry was wonderful and sent me email updates with pictures every day I was gone, and he also left written reports in the apartment. I couldn't have had a better experience and will absolutely use Fetch, and my sitter Larry, again.

Maizy loves her afternoon walks with Mark. And I love his charming notes recounting whether she made new friends or was all about the treats. He is conscientious and great with dogs. And has a good eye for photography too!

Great pet sitters! Very thorough and helpful. Your pet gets assigned a sitter and they try to keep them as consistent as possible.

Fetch! Pet Care was very responsive and organized in regards to my request. I really like the app they offer that shows exactly what time the pet sitter arrives and leaves your house. The summary each day along with several pictures of our cat were also great! Allison was extremely friendly and I know Puff was thankful to have her take care of him while we were away. This service was convenient, trusting, and affordable. I will definitely be using Fetch! again in the future.
