The team at East Columbus Fetch Petcare are very communicative, trustworthy, kind, flexible, and punctual. Our dog is reactive to other dogs and doesn't react well to boarding. EC Fetch as taken his behavior into account and provided experienced dog walkers. EC Fetch recently adapted to us adding two new kittens to our household; making the count 1 dog and 3 cats. However, the animals eating patterns had been messed up with kitten chow, cat food, and dog food. EC Fetch and the dog walker/animal care person helped us plan some specific feeding plans for all of the animals while we were out of town. I can't say enough about EC Fetch Petcare. They are also easy to work with in booking and billing. I'm very happy to have found them."

Carmen was amazing! She sent pictures of our girls every time she came and told us all about what they did and how they were. It's the first time we ever came home from a trip and the dogs weren't overly frantic to see us. It was obvious that they were well cared for and happy!
