From the beginning, Bill was very accommodating and understanding of my work schedule and my need for flexibility in canceling and scheduling. I could not be happier with his level of professionalism, compassion, and care for my dog, Ranger. His employee, Mauricio, goes above and beyond for Ranger and always sends pictures and posts an update.
