A first time dog owner in 2020, Fetch! of NKY/Cincinnati quickly became a relied-upon resource. Customer support in person and on phone has been outstanding. Highly recommend this service.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Jen Humphries is absolutely wonderful. My puppy comes out of his skin when she walks in the door because he adores her. Dogs know good people and she is top notch. She communicates about any changes in his training and is more than willing to assist in making him a happy and healthy pup by following whatever commands that we are working on. Always on time, very professional and accommodating. I can't say enough good things without now sounding creepy. LOL.

Baxter loves Fetch! Prior to using Fetch! we were using another app based service with a lot of issues. We were given a list of contractors in the area, and we then had to choose and vet any that we wanted to use. And if they decided not to show up that day, we were out of luck, and Baxter didn't get to go out. Add to that there is nobody to contact if you have an issue. Fetch! does all that work for you, running background checks on the caregivers and scheduling meet and greets prior to providing services. And if somebody can't walk Baxter on a day, there are backup walkers available that always show up. The dog walkers are all professional and attentive, notifying me if they notice any issues with Baxter, and Jenny has been great to work with, always available if there is an issue.

Fetch! PetCare is reliable and the sitters genuinely care about my pets! Their app is easy to use and includes pet care journals and photos from their visits, which I always look forward to while I’m away!

Fetch Pet Care is simply the best! They come to my house before my trip so I can show them around and introduce them to my animals. I receive an emailed journal entry with pictures after each visit. And when I return, my pets are happy, healthy, and have been well cared for. Before my last trip I forgot to put a hold on my newspaper delivery, and Jaleesa, my pet care provider, was kind enough to bring them inside, along with a package that was also delivered. I am very very picky about my pets, so if I’m happy with Fetch Pet Care, then you can believe they are AWESOME!

What's not to like! At the risk of telling you about fantastic Christina [I don't want others to steal her], she has the love and affection of my little fur folks!

Katie did a great job! She gave Cinnamon lots of walks. Cinnamon was fed, given water, and her pills. I got pictures of Cinnamon that confirmed she was happy and well cared for, Thank you

I like the meet and greet provided by the company so you can get acquainted with those who will be watching your pet before you begin services. I like the daily communication and pictures which put you at ease that all is well with your pet while away. Ease of use. Simple to sign up for services and never had a worry while away. Those who watched my pet while away went above and beyond in terms of their service. Would highly recommend!

Our pet sitters (Christina and Jen). Looked after our new kitten like it was their own pet. We got in depth updates and pictures of what was going on in our absence. They went above and beyond and we will definitely want them back in the future. They gave us peace of mind while we were away and were able to enjoy our trip even more because of it. I’ve used Fetch! twice for our rabbit, Wilson, and have had great experiences both times. Each time, the Fetch! care person has come out to our home to introduce themselves & we’ve had the person drop in for his care while we’re out of town. Each has been super communicative during our trips. They take great care of our boy and check in often with pictures and notes. A great service!

As an owner of dogs and many animals my entire life it has often been a struggle to find people and a company who really cares enough to make sure our fur babies are loved and nurtured for, as we do and expect to be done. I loaded up and took up to 7 dogs at one point to boarding facilities many times a year. Ever since Jennie and I met along with walking through our home and pets needs, our dogs have never been anywhere else or had any other company or service. The notes taken, details accommodated, concern for dogs and our home cannot be matched ever again! I and we truly appreciate you and count our blessings daily to have found such a responsible & loving company in our home and continue a relationship with… On behalf of my family and fur babies, Thank you !!!
