Alexis has been surrounded by animals since birth and has always had a special place in her heart for animals of all kinds. Growing up, she had several cats, an amazing Golden Retriever, Budgies and fish. She currently (as of 10/2016) lives in Allison Park with her husband of 12 years, one rambunctious, loquacious 5-year-old son, and an adorable, very independent cat named Riley. Unfortunately, their dog, Mattie, passed away last year, but they are actively searching for a new rescue that will fit in perfectly with the rest of the family! Alexis is available for daily dog walks, cat visits and daily in-home pet visits. Alexis is looking forward to spending time with your pets and treating them as if they were her own.
Amanda works full time as a travel agent. Her family lives closer to the other side of the state and her schedule doesn't allow her to have a pet of her own so she is happy to have the opportunity with Fetch! to play with dogs! Sadly she is allergic to cats. Amanda is available for private dog walks and in-home overnight sitting. She loves each animal as if it was her own and can't wait to meet new fur friends!
I can't remember a time when I didn't have animals in my life. I grew up in the country with a large family that always included cats, dogs, rabbits, & the occasional crow or squirrel. I respect the innocence & unconditional love animals provide their owners. I have worked in the health care field & that experience has developed my inherent nurturing skills. I will do my best to make your pets feel loved & cared for in your absence. I live in Sewickley Hills.
Carol is a science teacher and daughter of a veterinarian. She has always had dogs, but has experience with guinea pigs, hamsters, ducks and rabbits as well. Carol is available for private boarding, overnight stays and general pet sitting assignments.
I began my relationship with Fetch! Pet Care in early 2007. It's a great organization. As a sitter, we receive lots of guidance, are insured and bonded by the company, and get paid for playing with pets. How great is that?! I now work for Fetch! not only in my hometown in central Ohio as a pet sitter but also as a dispatcher for several locations. I especially appreciate Fetch!'s standards of professionalism and excellence. I look forward to assisting you with your pet care needs!
Christine is a stay-at-home, caring, patient, energetic & trustworthy pet lover experienced with toy breeds to large breeds, energetic puppies to those wonderful graying companions.
Her home is a welcoming retreat while you are away! The resident hosts, Gizmo, a Brussels Griffon, & Tucker, a Golden Retriever, love introducing guests to the large fenced-in yard that provides ample romping-n-fetching, playtime galore or a pleasant nap on the covered patio. Inside are cozy nooks & comfy couches to cuddle up & lots of space to run & play when the weather gets cold!
Colleen grew up in Erie in a family full of pets. There was always a dog, cat, bird, or bug (sometimes many!) in the house. There were also ducks, geese, chickens outside that always seemed to end up in her yard from the neighbors that her family took care of. Currently she is the owner of two chinchillas, Max and Sam, as well as two 1 1/2 year old chinchillas, Remi and Ollie. Colleen works at UPMC in Seven Fields. Colleen is excited to be able to provide loving care and fun to your fur babies while you are away!
Dave and Stephanie have been around animals their entire lives. Dave grew up in a family that had several German Shephards as well as a few cats, fish and even a hamster. Stephanie also grew up with multiple cats in her home and loves all animals.
Dave and Stephanie live in Shaler with their 2 teenage children, one very laid-back Labrador Retriever named Colby, 2 cats (Zoe & Lopez) who they rescued as well as a guinea pig (Cosmo) and a couple of aquariums. Dave and Stephanie's home also features a fenced-in back yard for dogs to play and enjoy the sunshine. Dave works from home full time in IT so he is able to take care of the animals throughout the work day and Stephanie is a pre-school secretary with
a lot of flexibility in the summers.
Dave and Stephanie have been with Fetch! since the summer of 2016 and enjoy every minute of it! We have met a lot of great people and their pets who now feel like extended family. We look forward to the opportunity to help you take care of your pet(s) - whatever your need may be!
Diane is a retired paralegal now working part-time as a children's nanny. Her door has always been open to stray dogs looking for a temporary home. Her home has a fenced-in yard that pets can freely access thru a doggie-door. Visiting critters pretty much have the run of the house and can sleep wherever they are comfortable. Diane will stay at your house with your pet or will board your pet at her home. Known as “Dr Doolittle” to her neighbors, Diane has been with Fetch! for over 6 years. Her high volume of repeat customers, many for several years, are a testament to her reliability and professionalism.

My name is Julie and I have loved animals since I was a small child. My husband and I have 3 cats currently (2 more then we originally expected to have) and had a dog ten years before it passed away. I have a 4-year degree in Asian studies. Currently, in addition to working for Fetch!, I have a small business selling arts and crafts. I also enjoy writing, music and fashion.
I enjoy 24-hour dog sitting as well as overnight services in your home. I am currently visiting an adorable puppy 5 days/week. If I'm having a bad day, she always cheers me up and I am grinning by the time I leave!
Since we don't have children or a dog, I am free to stay over and care for your pet without any worries that my own are missing out. I hope you consider hiring this quiet nerd to care for your pups!
Karen has an unfailing love for animals and has been working for Fetch since 2011.
She is a wonderful, reliable pet sitter and has been known to make up songs involving your pets' names and personality traits. She hopes that nobody is listening other than the pet she sings to, haha.
Karin & Tom each have had cats & dogs in their lives, both before and after marriage, and just love animals. Tom recently retired from the real estate profession, and Karin works part time, so they have plenty of time to board your dog, or visit your home to feed, care, cuddle, and walk your best friend. Tom first started as a pet caretaker when he was 10 years old, when his father’s co-worker went on vacation and knew that Tom was a reliable, responsible person. Their last dog, a loving Beagle mix named Bix, became diabetic, so they both had to learn to give insulin shots twice a day for the remaining five years of Bix’s life. When you are on vacation, you can be assured that your furry friend will be in safe, loving and comfortable surroundings. You will also receive daily updates and pictures while you are away. Our home is in Zelienople, with a large back yard backing up to woods, and our neighborhood is large enough for a 40 minute walk, or shorter if another route is taken. Karin & Tom will care for your best friend like it was our best friend.

An award-winning poet, Laurie is currently writing a novel, so welcomes the opportunity to take a break during the day to spend with your pets.

Animal behavior has always been a favorite subject of mine. I'm always asking why animals do what they do & searching for answers. By living and working with them. it's an ongoing learning experience I've enjoyed my entire life.
Lisa lives in Gibsonia with her husband, teenage daughter and her mom. She is available for private walks, pet visits and will board your pet with her family. Lisa also has experience giving medications, including insulin shots.
For boarding clients, Lisa lives on a lovely private wooded street. Her front yard is fenced in with plenty of room to run. Her house is 3 stories with lots of rooms for quiet alone time or romping all about with her Zuchon, Toby. She also has a Cockatiel, Jasper, who lives with her family and both Toby and Jasper love company. There is a kitty door to the downstairs if a little solitude is preferred.
In the past Lisa's family has had 3 dogs, a Tortie kitty and a bunny in residence. Since they’ve all moved on to the rainbow bridge she finds it’s much too quiet for her liking. She would love to care for your feathered or furry baby while you are away in your home or hers.

I have always loved working with animals & have volunteered at the West Deer dog shelter since 2004, and help several friends who volunteer or work at other rescue organizations. In addition to my work in rescue, I took courses through the Community Colleges in animal care, first aid, pet sitting, animal health issues and other things that would make me a better pet sitter and now I am living my dream!
