Our app provides a GPS map of your walk or service that includes notes, pictures, and updates for extra peace of mind and accountability.
**All services are priced for one pet. Additional pet fees are $6 per dog and $5 per cat. Depending on the service type, this rate is slightly higher for specialty and vacation services.
**Dog vacation care services, such as overnight care, are reserved for current clients or those seeking an ongoing schedule.
*Midday Dog Walking Experiences & Adventures require a 5-day-a-week monthly commitment to qualify for the starting rate. The starting rate listed is for the shortest time option for that service.
Interactive Puppy Playgroup - Starting at $41 (transport included)
Our one-hour Interactive Playgroup offers structured, interactive socialization sessions for your furry friend. Our service is carefully designed to keep your pup engaged and active with their Best FETCH! Fur-iends, who have been screened for compatibility. Our experienced Dog Handler will keep a close eye on the play to ensure safety and promote positive behaviors. We provide secure transportation for your pup, and guarantee they will come back home healthier, happier, and DOG-Tired! *Must live within a two-mile radius of the Shoreline neighborhood.
Puppy Care Program - Starting at $49
Introducing our Puppy Care Program! Bringing home a new puppy is an exciting time, but it can also be overwhelming. That's where we come in! Our team can help create a personalized feeding and exercise schedule that fits your puppy's specific needs. We understand the importance of consistency and routine during their early months, which is why we'll work with you to mimic any training commands you're currently working on. Our standard puppy care service includes a 30-minute morning visit and a 15-minute afternoon visit, but we're happy to adjust our schedule to suit your puppy's needs. *Please note, our starting rate requires a 5-day a week monthly commitment.

Walking Adventures PLUS Playtime with our "Go Fetch!" Services - Starting at $39
Get the best of both worlds with two services in one! "Walk & Go Fetch!" and "Sniff & Go Fetch!" services keep your dog mentally and physically stimulated. We offer 40 or 60 minutes, where we'll take them on a classic, sniffari, or distance walk for 20 or 30 minutes, followed by 20 or 30 minutes of Fetch, or other interactive games or activities in your yard or a safe area. If your furry friend is in need of some extra playtime, our "Stay, Play & Go Fetch!" service is the perfect solution. If your furry friend is in need of more playtime, look no further than our "Stay, Play and Go Fetch!" service. We will keep your pup entertained with a variety of activities, whether they prefer a fun game of fetch, tug, or catching a frisbee! Private Trail Hike Adventures - 60 Mins - Starting at $54
We provide exciting experiences in the great outdoors for our BFFs (Best FETCH! Fur-iends)! Our Private Trail Hike Adventures offer a perfect blend of exercise, adventure, and exploration for your pup. Our experienced dog-loving team will transport your pup securely to and from the hiking trail close to your home. We can accommodate up to two dogs from the same household at no extra cost. ($10 for each additional dog). During the hike, your dog will have a blast exercising, sniffing, and exploring while being under our careful supervision. Our team guarantees that your dog will come home healthier, happier, and ready for a nap. Starting rates for our Private Trail Hike Adventures include a 5-day-a-week ongoing discount. Classic or Interactive Cat Visits - Starting at $28
Our passion for adventure and exploration extends to cats as well, which is why we're committed to also providing our feline friends with the mental and physical stimulation they need to thrive. We can use interactive toys, such as lasers, toy mice, and birds on a string to entice your kitty's natural prey moves and get them up and moving! And for shyer cats, we respect their boundaries and give them the level of interaction and play that they prefer. In addition to playtime, we can also take care of small household tasks such as mail collection and blinds opening/closing. You can choose from 20, 30, 45, and 60-minute visits depending on your preference and the number of cats in your household.
Overnight & Almost Overnight Pet Sitting - Starting at $135
We offer personalized, in-home pet sitting services that allow your pets to maintain their routine in the safety and comfort of their own home. Our "Almost Overnight" service includes an extended two-hour evening visit and a one-hour visit the next morning, while our In-Home Overnight Pet Sitting provides 12 hours of uninterrupted care. We will provide feeding, walking, playing, cuddling, litter box cleaning, and small household duties. In addition, we will perform morning pet care routines and provide AM walks. For additional pets, we charge $10 per dog and $8 per cat. Please note that due to high demand, these services are exclusively available to clients who sign up for ongoing monthly services..

Medication Administration - Starting at a $5 add-on charge
Like us, many pets require prescribed medications in order to prevent, control or improve their health condition. Whether your pet needs injections, sub-q fluid administration, or other medication, our sitters are available to ensure that they receive their regular dose. We are committed to providing reliable and compassionate medication administration to keep your furry friend healthy and happy.

Holiday Surcharges - Starting at $10
We understand that many people travel during holidays, which is why we offer our services 365 days a year. We want to ensure that your furry friends receive the best possible care during these busy times, which is why we have a holiday surcharge in place 100% of the fee is paid to our pack members as a thank you for working during these times. This surcharge helps guarantee that we have enough coverage during our busiest times of the year. Our holiday surcharge is $10 for holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, and MLK Day. For major holidays like Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day, the surcharge varies based on the service booked. Midday services like dog walks and pet visits have a surcharge of $15, while Overnight and Boarding Services have a surcharge of $50.
Key Pickup/Drop off Fee - $20
To ensure the safety and security of our clients' homes, we require the use of a lockbox or keypad for entry. This provides flexibility for our team and keeps keys secure. Lockboxes can be purchased inexpensively at any home improvement store or online. Exceptions can be made for those living in apartments or condos with restrictions. If we need to hold your key and are required to return it between visits, a key pickup/drop off fee will be charged for each trip.
Cancellation & Price Increase Policies
Our team members reserve their time when confirming your service, and may decline other appointments. Therefore, to respect their time, we have different cancellation policies depending on the type of service you have scheduled. For ongoing dog walks, if you cancel 24 hours or less before the scheduled start time, a 100% cancellation charge will be applied to the price. For short-term and vacation services such as cat visits, overnight care, and on-demand pet sitting, if you cancel at or within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, a 100% cancellation charge will be applied to the price. During holiday periods, which vary from year to year and include heavy travel weekends and days surrounding major holidays, we have a 14-day cancellation notice requirement for all pet-sitting reservations. If visits are canceled within your service window without a 14-day notice, no credits or refunds will be given. For holiday boarding and overnight visits, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a 3-week notice from the start of the service to cancel any or all overnight visits. No credits or refunds will be given if overnights are canceled during holiday periods.
