Tamara - Owner & Pack Leader
Hello, fellow pet lovers! I'm Tamara Bean, proud owner of Fetch! Pet Care of Seattle North. Since 2007 I have taken the hassle and worry out of finding just the right provider for your pets, as I make finding and hiring quality pet sitters one of my most essential priorities. I also understand how important it is to satisfy your pets’ physical, mental, and instinctual needs, so I created a platform where you can mix and match different dog walking experiences and adventures! Our exclusive service list allows pet parents to create a fun and engaging schedule their pets will love! Whether you need a dog walker in Ballard, cat visits in Edmonds, private trail hike adventures in Fremont, or puppy care in Queen Anne, we've got your tail covered! Our pet care coordinators are available from 8 am to 7 pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We cannot wait to meet you and your fur family!
Jennifer - Client Relations Manager
My name is Jennifer, and I am the Client Relations Manager for Fetch! Seattle North. Throughout my work experience, I have learned that nothing brings me more joy than providing clients with impeccable service. I could bark about it all day! Along with my passion for animals, I am also dedicated to ensuring you're provided an unmatched experience from Fetch! Here's a little about me-ow: I have a 6-year-old bulldog named LoLo. She is my whole world; we do everything together. She has been my emotional support, and I can't thank her enough for the impact she's had on me. I was lucky to be able to rescue her towards the beginning of the pandemic from a local organization. LoLo is my bestest friend! She is a total DIVA, and I‘m obsessed with her silly personality. I think she might be my spirit animal! I grew up with birds, fish, and hamsters as pets. One of my favorite memories is fostering a kitten I named Ivy back to health and finding her a new fur-ever home. She loved to be swaddled, always sleeping cradled in my arms. I look forward to creating a relationship with each of you and am here to listen and provide you with any assistance you may need. Three hundred sixty-five days a year, your Client Experience Team is here to assist with any Pet Care bookings, updates, cancellations, and new service requests. That’s right; you will be chatting with real people in real-time. Each of our one-of-a-kind Client Experience Coordinators has been hand-selected and completed one-on-one mentorship with the owner and management team to ensure we deliver 5-star service. We strive to provide personalized and tailored care for pets and parents alike.
