Meet Our Owner
Tammy
Hi- I’m Tammy, the owner of Fetch! Pet Care Tucson. Fetch! is a full-service pet care company servicing the greater Tucson area, Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and Green Valley. Thanks for stopping by our website. We know you have options in meeting your pet care needs, so we value your time and consideration.
In 2018, a flexible work schedule and my love of pets led me to Fetch. I started as a sitter with the previous franchise owner and convinced my semi-retired husband to join. What began as a way to change careers turned into a new “pet project!” Having 30 years of sales and customer service experience working in real estate, it may have been destiny that led me to buy the franchise and become its owner in April 2020. What timing, right? But despite the challenges of a global pandemic, Fetch! Tucson has continued to grow! What once started with ten sitters and 200 visits a month has expanded to 30 plus sitters, 1000 visits a month, and growing! What this means for you – We have the experience, staff, and passion to provide your pet the best care possible.
I share my home with my husband, Jim, and our four beloved rescue cats, Brutus, Bogart, Bourbon, and Annabelle. When I’m not busy with the business of cats and dogs, you can find me loving on my grandbabies, on a sandy beach, or simply enjoying a glass of wine and a desert sunset.
Hannah- Assistant
Hi, I am Hannah George. I recently graduated from the University of Arizona in December of 2021. I graduated with a degree in Veterinary Science. I have been with Fetch! for over a year now, but my pet-care experience does not stop there. I have years of experience with all different kinds of animals. Despite being just a sitter, I also help Tammy out in the office. So when you call us, you might hear from me! Since I was a little girl, I wanted to work with animals, and I am very happy I am living out my dream. I love every animal like my own and cannot wait to care for your babies.
Valerie-Assistant
I started off as an animal lover, volunteer, and Fetch! Client. One of my most rewarding experiences was saving a 2-week old kitten from a brutal and cold NYC winter. Helpless, crying, eyes barely open, this was my first experience with bottle feeding and rescue work. It deepened my understanding of how selfless and hard animal rescue work can be. Lucky is now nine years old and my grumpy resident cat. He inspired me to continue to find ways to give back to my community through cat rescue. Before Lucky, I was in the process of looking for a dog. I am now two cats deep, and my second boy is named Ronaldo. There is no measure of how much animals enrich our lives and make us better people. They become extensions of our family. Working in the entertainment industry, I have to travel often, and know first-hand how trying it can be to find a good and reliable sitter. When I heard about Fetch! from my mom, another long-time client, I knew I struck pet sitter Gold. Loving care, fun photos, great sitter personalities, and real-time accountability through an interactive map took all the guesswork and stress out of pet care. So, it was a natural progression to want to be a part of such a great group of people and give what I have been given to others.
