I LOVE how our pet sitter pays attention to every little detail (ie what our cats eat, how to give them their meds, what toys they like to play with, when to bring in my mail, etc). They also send detailed updates with pictures after each visit!! I have used many pet sitters over the years but Fetch goes above and beyond which gives me total peace of mind.

Fetch is amazing. Donna and the Fetch team are amazing. Whether I request services 1 week in advance or request a walk with very little notice, Donna and/or her team have always found a way to accommodate my request. I love the dog journal and updates after each walk. I always know my dog is being well taken care of. Although Fetch is a service I consider the people there to be friends.

My pet sitter Vince was absolutely fantastic!! He did the absolute best job taking care of my cat, and he put my mind at ease with twice-daily messages and photos. He honestly exceeded all of my expectations!! I would have paid whatever was asked for this peace of mind, but the price was also very reasonable. I loved that Vince and Donna came over to meet us before I left on my trip, as well - they took their time to get to know us and that meant the world to me. Donna was also extremely responsive to any questions i had and responded very quickly. Love this team -- OUTSTANDING service in every way!!

She also took some cute pics of the dogs with bunny ears for Easter :-) I have a sense of ease and gratitude knowing my furbabies are in excellent hands. Fetch Wheaton is very professional. I love the fact that they are very personal and do extensive background checks on their pet caretakers. They come to your house to do a meet and greet before any services are booked. Donna was great! She asked all the right questions and wrote everything down, even questions I wouldn't have thought of. Also, the person taking care of your pet(s) also comes with for the meet and greet (Amanda in my case). She was also great! My dogs (2 Weimaraners, ages 2&3) loved both of them. I love the amount of detail in the journal and amount of pictures they take while in my home. The app even shows where they walked your pet(s). I feel very safe with this company (which means a lot) as I've had a bad experience using a different company in the past. I would highly recommend Fetch (Wheaton) and would give 10+ stars. Can't say enough how much comfort this company gave me to make sure my furbabies were in good hands.

Above all meeting the actual person who will care for my furbaby. Getting a daily report about how the visit went and pictures. The app was a pleasant surprise making transactions easier including adding information I felt was pertinent about my furbaby’s likes and dislikes etc to make sure it had the best possible care and TLC.

I love the Meet & Greet to familiarize my walker with my home and dog. The pet journal with the walking route and pictures are fun to see, and the log about what my dog “processed” and how he behaved is very helpful and appreciated. I feel very confident that my dog is being well taken care of and also am comfortable that my house is being respected and left secured.

First time using Fetch. Heard glowing review about Donna and she has lived up to all the hype! She goes above and beyond to correspond with us while we’re away and she has taken such great care of our pup. She seems to sincerely love what she does and loves our Dixie. The app is wonderful…the photos, daily checks, walk route etc. will definitely use this service again!

Donna (local owner) is so very conscientious and treats my dogs as her own. I have two seniors, both with special medical needs and I totally trust her with them. They enjoy their time with her (evident by the fun pictures I get) and I feel confident knowing they received their medicine on time with a walk and TLC.

It’s wonderful to have such a thoughtful, kind and dedicated team take care of our dog. The daily updates and photos helped provided a great “Peace of mind” for us. Amazing communication and always prompt replies whenever we contacted the owner.

Fetch was the perfect solution to our short term puppy care needs. Owner, Donna, came to our home and spent 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon playing with and walking our dog. At the end of each visit we received a wonderful recap report showing their walking route, photos of our pup, and Donna's commentary on his mood and activity that day. This gave us tremendous peace of mind while being away from home morning til night. Can't recommend Fetch enough!

We have two cats that we adopted during the pandemic, and we were a little apprehensive when it came time to entrust someone to look after them the first time we traveled. Fetch exceeded all of our expectations, and completely put our minds at ease. They were so responsive, thorough and professional - and our cats loved their new “friend!” We have already booked Fetch for two additional upcoming out of town trips. The Fetch app is incredibly well thought out, easy to use, and provides an excellent means of communication between the pet sitter and client. Highly recommend!!

Lori, the care giver, was very through (more than I expected and asked for!). Was prompt and the journal updates and photos were greatly appreciated. They put my mind at ease that my cats were good hands.

I found the Meet and Greet very helpful and beneficial. My dog walker, Skye, sent me pictures; walk routes, and updates/feedback on how my dog did on his walk and on any notes that I left for her. There were a few rainy days and Skye spent extra time playing with Bonehead. When I returned home each evening Bonehead was very calm, happy, and seemed well attended to. Donna made the arrangements very easy and the service went just as explained and expected.
