Adam is one of our pet sitters and dog walkers we look to when we need West Loop, West Town, Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park or Bucktown coverage. Adam has been with us for several years and has a glowing reputation. He's very knowledgeable and conscientious but when he's not making Fetch! happen he's the bass player for his No Doubt cover band Don't Speak. We can personally attest to his talent-this guy can rock out! We should also note that when Adam was younger he had his own small pet care service in which he took care of his friends and family's pets while they were away for holidays and vacations. Having grown up in a tight knit neighborhood his exposure to animals is very diverse. His pet sitting background led him to also dabble in some training as well. We're lucky he found us and Chicago pet owners are lucky he's around.
Amanda makes all of our Fetch! clients and their pets happy because she's so happy to be caring for them. She makes Fetch! happen throughout the day during all of her daily dog walks and pet visits in Logan Square and surrounding west side neighborhoods. She brings with her not just a lifetime of caring for her own pets but she also is a recent graduate of the Animal Behavior College. She is a volunteer at PAWS and Tree House. She is good with animals of all types and sizes and has your tail covered!
Amy is another one of our very long time pet sitters and dog walkers. She doesn't have a specific Chicago neighborhood that she covers, she goes almost everywhere she's needed. Need a dog walk in the South Loop or Lincoln Park? Maybe a cat visit in Logan Square or Pilsen? How about an overnight in the Lakeshore East area or up in Edgewater? Done and done. Amy will not let you down, she makes Fetch! happen every day and is a great mentor for our new pet sitters and dog walkers too.
Bob likes to make Fetch! happen in the West Loop and in the South Loop and on occasion in the Lakeshore East area too. He is an awesome dog walker and pet sitter and makes everyone he meets feel at ease. He was a lifetime dog owner until the loss of his last dog in 2010. Business travel became too demanding for proper love and care for a new dog but now Bob is recently retired looking to fill the animal void in his life by providing love and care to Fetch! clients.
That look on Brooke's face says it all-she loves pet sitting and dog walking! Brooke makes Fetch! happen all over the city in a variety of neighborhoods. If there's a pet that needs a visit, an overnight or a dog walk you know that Brooke will be there and she won't let you down! Lover of all animals, Brooke has been pet sitting and dog walking for over 6 years. She easily makes a quick connection to all of the pets she meets and her clients just love her. She's very detail oriented and is careful to understand all of her clients expectations.
Carolyn is the owner of Fetch! Pet Care of Greater Chicago. She has had pets most of her life and is currently the owner of 3 Beagles and a Chihuahua mix (don't ask), all rescues. She opened this location with her husband Greg in November 2007. They saw a need for professional, one on one in home pet care, in the city. Something even the nicest doggy hotel isn't able to provide. She treats every pet like they were her own and does her best to make sure all of her clients are happy with their experience. She and Greg are lifelong Chicagoans, born and raised. They love this beautiful crazy city despite it's many flaws and they are proud to have their business here. Carolyn and Greg know their sitters and walkers personally and together they all make Fetch! happen every day.
Chris is one of our Wrigleyville area pet sitters and dog walkers but she also covers the Loop and nearby surrounding Chicago neighborhoods. She's near Challenger Dog Park and lots of dog friendly areas. Chris has lived with pets her whole life, both cats and dogs. In addition to her own pets she has also spent a lot of time caring for a family friend's pets while they were out of town on vacation. She was looking for a job that she could bring all of that experience into a professional environment and we are glad she found Fetch!
Gregory Alonzo opened Fetch! Pet Care of Chicago in 2007 with his wife and Co-owner Carolyn. They recently made Fetch! happen by celebrating 10 years in business. He joined her in running their location fulltime in April of 2010 and together they have grown to be in the top 10 Fetch! locations in the country. He is more of a behind the scenes guy, but does a lot of the marketing and received an award from Fetch! corporate in 2013 for his efforts. Lately you'll find him working on and restoring classic cars-his true passion. Together he and Carolyn make a great team and hope to do this for years to come.
Jennifer is another of our west side pet sitters and dog walkers. She primarily makes Fetch! happen in Logan Square, Wicker Park and Bucktown with a side of Ukrainian Village and West Town. She has an extensive background as a veterinary assistant and receptionist. She has the ability to medicate all types of animal with pills, oral liquids, and injections. In addition, she volunteered at the Louisiana SPCA, and has been the caretaker for as many as 4 dogs at a time, and 3 cats as well. She has over 6 years of veterinary experience in caretaking for a variety of pets, including medicating, surface grooming, handling, and basic obedience training. Jennifer definitely has our tails covered!
Another longtime pet sitter that we're proud to have in our Fetch! family. She's our go to west side cat lady covering Humboldt Park and Logan Square. She has volunteered at the Almost Home Foundation, provided a foster home to pets in need. She has aided in rehabiliating aggressive dogs so that they are able to find their forever home. She has done extensive research and studying on dog training and is currently successfully appplying that knowledge to her cliet's pets. She is just as wonderful with cats as she is with dogs!
Lea can also administer meds too!
Lynn makes Fetch! happen in Pilsen, South Loop and a little further north too. She is a compassionate and responsible pet sitter and dog walker with hands-on experience in handling a variety of pet care services including dog walking and overnight care. She has a great love of animals and a proven commitment to constantly provide excellent and safe service, She has also volunteered with PAWS Chicago. She'll have your tail covered!
You'll find Maria making Fetch! happen all over Chicago pet sitting but lately she's been dog walking for our clients in the Lakeshore East area as well as near Wrigleyville and Old Town. She has a history of volunteering with Chicago Canine Rescue and is currently fostering two Pugs at her home while the rescue finds them a forever home*. Maria also provides private/cageless boarding for friendly pups in her home as well. Fun fact-Maria was a contestant on Jeopardy in 2016 and is a team member of our What the Fetch!? trivia team at One Tail At a Time's annual trivia event.
*Maria turned out to be a proud foster failure and is currently Peeka and Boo's dog mom!
Mark is another one of our Lakeview and Boystown pet sitters and dog walkers. He is a retired airline pilot which we think is super cool but that also means his afternoons are freed up so he can walk some Chicago dogs and pet sit some Chicago pets! He's near lots of dog friendly areas so it's great that he provides private and cageless boarding in his home for us. Private boarding is a very important service and he goes above and beyond. He was raised on farms and he has had nearly constant contact and interaction with a wide assortment of animals, pets and wildlife. As a youth he was a member of 4-H and took animal care classes and dog training courses. He competed at county fairs with his dogs. HIs family nickname was, and still is, Dr. Doolittle. This guy definitely makes Fetch! happen.
Ross is our go to pet sitter and dog walker for Edgewater and Uptown.
He makes Fetch! happen by providing in home overnight care, cat sitting and daily dog walks. He has no trouble taking care of slightly more rambunctious pets and strives to not only be efficient but also to bring patience to an assignment that may be more difficult, and a sense of play when it is appropriate. Oh and that pic of Ross is a perfect example of the happiness he brings to each of his pet sitting or dog walking assignments.
Another very long time Fetch! pet sitter and dog walker that we're proud to have on our team. Stephanie has been pet sitting, dog walking and volunteering at animal shelters for years. Not only does she have a long history of caring for cats and dogs but with guinea pigs too. Steph makes Fetch! happen near Sheridan Park and Ravenswood but she also will journey out to the West Loop when we need her. She possesses all of the qualities that make a Fetch! Pet Care sitter and an excellent caregiver for your pets.
