I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and concern that Kristen and our dog walker Susan provided for our dogs, Jake and Jane. We are very hesitant to trust new people with our dogs, but from the moment we met them in their initial visit we knew they were the perfect fit for our dogs. It has been years since anyone has walked them but me and not only were they completely comfortable with Kristen and Susan, they thrived, were excited and could not wait for their morning walks. We highly recommend Fetch! Pet Care of Loudoun to anyone looking for the best care for their dogs.

We had a not-so-great experience with Rover, so we were in a frantic search for a trustworthy, reliant, and skilled dog walker who could walk our 1-year-old Doberman Pinscher, Theo. Through Bark.com, I was connected to Fetch! Pet Care of Loudoun. Within minutes, Kristen, the owner, contacted me and took great time to speak to me about all of my needs. Getting set up was a breeze, thanks to the entire Fetch! team. They were so nice, caring, and accommodating to my stringent schedule, which impacted getting a meet & greet set up, but once we were able to make it happen, Theo instantly loved both Susan (his lovely walker) and Kristen! Susan has been able to walk my 80lb-of-muscle rascal with no issues -- even getting him to sit at all crosswalks :). Susan does so great with walking him, play-time, tricks, and cuddles! I am rest assured that my baby is being taken care of, thanks to the entire Fetch! Pet Care of Loudoun team!

This was our first time using a pet sitter for an entire day. We connected with Kristen, and she was absolutely amazing! We met before the day of the service so she could meet Latte, our 9month old Pomsky. She was very professional, loving and caring. We discussed the schedule, meals, walks, play time… and everything went great! My husband and I were able to enjoy our time away knowing our Latte was is great care. We got updates and pictures through the app. You can absolutely tell Kristen loves to provide excellent service. Thank you Kristen and the Fetch Pet Care team! We can’t wait to plan our next service.
