3/16/2022 Without a single doubt Fetch is a 5star company with a proven process for hiring the best possible pet sitters. My pet Popeye and I were very blessed to have Leigh as our sitter/trainer for 4 weeks in Austin, Texas and I must say she absolutely exceeded expectations. Leigh was "present" for every single appointment, not just physically but mentally and emotionally. I always felt like we were her only client. I could notice the progress in Popeye from the start of her visits. He was "over the moon" when she showed up. During our contract, Popeye also had a surgery performed and Leigh was diligent in checking in on Popeye, monitoring his recovery and progress. She even gave Popeye a Valentines Day gift! Thank you Leigh you helped us in so many more ways than you may actually realize. Everything with Fetch! Pet Care was fantastic--from sorting out a last-minute booking to using their online portal, to communication, to happy pets! I would definitely recommend Fetch! to friends. Leigh was outstanding. This service is reliable, friendly, and professional. I am SO happy they service the Manor area, and will be using them for every pet sitting need I can in the future! I came back to two clean, fed, chill, happy cats--not always the case when using a pet sitter! What a relief.

1/23/2022 Leigh was A-Mazing! In the past, we boarded our dogs and were a bit hesitant to use an at-home dog sitting service. The thought of having a stranger in our home while we weren't there was a hurdle for us.
When Leigh came for the preliminary visit, we instantly knew that having her watch our fur babies was a great choice. They liked her immediately, which does not always happen, and my husband and I knew that our dogs would be much happier in their own home under her care. Near the end of the meet and greet, she asked if we would like her to take out the trash, water the plants, or pick up the mail! Honestly, I was floored! Not only did the standard and even holiday price cover both dogs, was less expensive than boarding, saved us a trip to drop them off and pick them up, but she was also offering additional services. Oh, and I certainly did NOT miss that kennel smell on the dogs when we returned home.
Each visit we received an update on how our dogs were doing along with pictures of their smiling faces, which we shared with our family while we were visiting.
Leigh was always on time, extremely professional and I would highly recommend using FETCH! Pet to anyone needing someone to watch over their pets.
