Finding a Nearby Dog Walker Has Never Been So Easy
Your dog needs daily exercise, but fitting a couple of thirty-minute walks into your daily schedule isn’t always easy. For the times when life is a little too chaotic to head home on your lunch break or walk around the neighborhood in between work and dinner, we can help. We’ll make sure your dog gets to take their daily stroll so they can bark at all the local squirrels, smell all of the bushes, and, yes, even visit all the hydrants. We’ll even take photos along the way so you never miss a moment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who’s walking my dog?
After you request a service, one of our pet care coordinators will meet with you to learn about your schedule and needs. They will then choose primary and back-up Fetch walkers that they believe are a good fit for you and your dog/s. You will have the opportunity to meet with the chosen walkers either virtually or in person. If you decide that they are the right walkers for you, we will assign them as the primary and back-up walkers on your account. Anytime you request a service, the primary walker will be your walker. If the primary walker is unavailable the secondary walker will take their place.
What does it cost?
Dog walking costs vary based on location. To get pricing near you, you can find your closest Fetch location here.
What type of walk should I request?
You should try to request the length of walk that you think your dog would most prefer, but our walkers are fantastic at reading the energy levels of our four-legged friends. If your dog is showing signs of slowing down, they will cut the walk short. If your dog has energy to spare at the end of the walk, they will take another lap around the block.
How do I pay for the service?
We require debit/credit card payment if you are scheduling a service via our My Fetch! App. Any other accepted payment can be worked out with your specific Fetch location.
Can my walker feed my dog/s and give them water?
Yes, your dog walker can feed and water your dogs.
Will my walker document if my dog has used the bathroom?
Yes, your walker will take detailed notes including if your dog has gone to the bathroom.
How does Fetch determine that someone is qualified to walk my dog?
All of our dog walkers go through a standard background so that we can ensure they are fit for the job. In addition, we conduct a personality focused interview where we evaluate if a candidate truly has a passion for pets and people.
When will I be charged for service?
You will not be charged until after the service has been completed.
Do you refund cancellations?
Specific cancellation policies vary by location, but if a cancellation occurs within 24-48 hours of the visit you may be charged up to 50% of the service fee. This is done to compensate the walker for lost time as most visits are scheduled days in advance.
